in order for technicans to respond to service requests in a timely manner.
SMS numbers captured in application logs are not attributable to customers, system logs older than 30 days are purged.

YMMV Industrial does not market to existing or prospective clients, data is retained within support tickets only.
Upon contract termination, email addresses and phone numbers can be removed from YMMV Industrial customer databases upon request.
